8.Google Tag Manager
The “Google Tag Manager” service is used on our website. This is a service provided by Google Inc. The company Google Ireland Limited (Gordon House, Barrow Street Dublin 4, Ireland) is responsible for the European area. The parent company is Google LLC, 1600 Amphitheater Parkway, Mountain View, CA 94043, USA (website: https://marketingplatform.google.com ; privacy policy: https://policies.google.com/privacy ).

Google Tag Manager is an organizational tool with which we can manage so-called website tags via an interface and thus integrate other services into our online offer. Tags are small sections of code that, for example, record (track) your activity on our website. For this purpose, JavaScript code sections are used in the source code of our site. The tags usually come from internal Google products such as Google Ads or Google Analytics, but can also be integrated and managed by tags from other companies.
The Tag Manager itself does not create any user profiles, does not save any cookies and does not process any personal data. It acts as a mere "manager" of the implemented tags. The data is passed through to the individual tracking tools in the Google Tag Manager and not saved. Google only learns the IP address of the user, which is necessary to run the Google Tag Manager. You can find more information about the tag manager here: https://marketingplatform.google.com/intl/de/about/analytics/tag-manager/use-policy/

In order to make our website as good as possible for you and all users who are interested in our products and services, we rely on the Tag Manager. In order for this tracking to work, we have to embed the appropriate JavaScript code in our website.
The use of the Google Tag Manager requires your consent, which we have obtained with our cookie popup. According to Art. 6 Para. 1 lit. A GDPR (consent), this consent represents the legal basis for the processing of data, as it may occur when it is collected by web analytics tools. In addition to the consent, there is a legitimate interest on our part to analyze the behavior of website visitors. With the help of the Google Tag Manager we can improve our profitability. The legal basis for this is Article 6 Paragraph 1 Letter F GDPR (legitimate interest).
If you want to learn more about the Google Tag Manager, we recommend the FAQs at https://support.google.com/tagmanager/?hl=de#topic=3441530 .
8. YouTube videos
On our website you can watch videos from the third-party platform YouTube (a company of Google LLC based in San Bruno/California, USA), which are embedded on our website using a "frame".
As soon as you visit a website of our offer on which such a YouTube video is integrated, a connection to the YouTube servers is established. Information is transmitted to YouTube, e.g. your IP address or which page of our online offer you are currently visiting. This data transfer takes place on the basis of Art. 6 (1) f) GDPR (legitimate interest). Our legitimate interest lies in being able to show YouTube videos on our website.
If you watch a video integrated in this way, YouTube may also store and further use this data. In this case, if you are logged in to your Google account at the same time, Google may be able to assign your surfing behavior to your YouTube user profile. You can prevent such data processing by logging out of your Google account before visiting our website.
The "extended data protection mode" for YouTube videos is activated on our websites. According to YouTube, no data on user activities is therefore collected in order to personalize video playback.
By integrating the YouTube video into our online presence, a connection to the Google DoubleClick network is also automatically established when our website is accessed. This means that no cookies are set on your end device. If DoubleClick cookies are already stored on your end device due to visiting other websites, these may also be transmitted as part of the request on our website.
YouTube or Google may also process your personal data in the USA and has submitted to the EU-US Privacy Shield for this case, https://www.privacyshield.gov/EU-US-Framework .
Since this is a third-party service, we have no influence on the processing of the corresponding data by YouTube. The purpose and scope of the data collection and the further processing and use of the data by YouTube or Google as well as your rights in this regard and setting options for protecting your privacy can be found in the relevant information on data protection under https://policies .google.com/privacy?hl=de&gl=de .
9. Security in data transmission
All forms on this website that collect personal data have been encrypted using the TSL 1.2 protocol.
Nevertheless, the protection of the data transmitted during data communication in open networks such as the Internet cannot be comprehensively guaranteed given the current state of the art and cannot be completely protected against access by third parties. Therefore, do not send us any confidential data via the Internet (e.g. via contact form or e-mail) without adequate protection.
